About Us
The heart and soul of Gatlin Homes is owner and contractor Dave Gatlin pictured here with his wife, Kristine. Dave worked in construction for 17 years before starting out on his own in 2003. When you call you’ll be talking with Dave – from the initial conversation about building your home until you’ve moved in and are completely satisfied.
Although Dave can’t build your home by himself, he trusts each of the subcontractors he uses. Over time he’s found reliable subcontractors that have the same high standards for quality that he does.
Most homes are completed in about 6 to 8 months.
